Shipping, Returns & DOA Policy
📦 Shipping Policy
We ship Tuesday through Thursday via UPS or FedEx Overnight service anywhere within the United States.

Flat rate: $45 per box

Free shipping on orders over $279.99

Free local pickup is available at our Brooklyn location

All corals are inspected and confirmed healthy on the day of shipping. If your coral arrives dead (DOA), you may be eligible for a store credit applicable toward a future order.

🧾 DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)
To qualify for DOA credit:

You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery time, as recorded by the shipping carrier.

You must provide:

A clear, unedited video of the package being opened, from the sealed box to the coral in the bag, and

Photos of the coral inside the bag (if cloudy) or in your tank (if deteriorating).

DOA claims reported after 2 hours or without proper documentation will not be honored.

In some cases, we may request photos of the coral skeleton or require it to be shipped back.

If approved, DOA credit will be issued and valid for 6 months. Replacements may be sent with your next order, subject to availability.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
We are not responsible for coral losses due to improper acclimation, lighting, flow, or tank conditions.

We may request you allow 1–2 weeks for corals to recover from shipping stress before DOA is determined, as many LPS and soft corals bounce back quickly.

Chargebacks or disputes made without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be considered fraud and subject to legal action.

🔁 Dry Goods Returns
Non-livestock items (e.g., equipment, accessories) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt if:

Unopened

Unused

In original condition and packaging
