Welcome to MOSREEF Aquarium. By accessing or using our website (www.mosreefs.com), or by purchasing from our physical or online store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not violate or attempt to violate the security of the website, interfere with any other person’s use of the site, or provide false or misleading information.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through authorized payment gateways. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

3. Livestock Guarantee & Risk
We take great care in packing and shipping all livestock. However, once the order has been shipped, MOSREEF is not responsible for delays, DOAs (Dead on Arrival), or damages caused by carrier mishandling, weather, or incorrect customer information.

Please refer to our Shipping & DOA Policy for full details regarding live arrival guarantee, documentation requirements, and store credit eligibility.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of live animals and aquatic products, all livestock sales are final.

Dry goods and equipment may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet the conditions outlined in our Shipping & DOA Policy.

5. Shipping
We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping schedule, methods, rates, and DOA claim procedures are outlined in our Shipping & DOA Policy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive all livestock deliveries on the first delivery attempt to qualify for any DOA coverage.

6. Product Descriptions
We aim to be accurate in all product listings. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered is not as described, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, logos, product names, descriptions, and designs—is the property of MOSREEF and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.
